Impromptu Trip to Santa Monica "got" us Ziggy Marley

We decided to drive to Santa Monica to see the ocean. We saw the ocean and enjoyed an awesome performance by Ziggy Marley.

Banana Soy Milk Smoothie

8 oz Vanilla Soy Milk
6 oz Carrot Juice
1 Whole Banana
1/2 Cup Ice
Add 1 packet Splenda if the banana is not ripened enough for sweetness.
Blend and pour!
